Social Media Manager
One Thousand Villages is looking for a driven, organised and creative Social Media Manager who can help take our social presence to the next level. This person will oversee the day-to-day programming and copywriting across our social channels, managing content and developing data-driven, platform-specific strategies designed to engage with and grow our audience. The Social Media Manager is a key role and reports to the CEO; however, you’ll work very closely with senior staff to ensure that content is strategic and creative.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social strategy and day-to-day programming across One Thousand Villages social channels, including scheduling and copywriting.
- Work with CEO to develop KPIs assigned to social (engagements, acquisition, and more) and deliver regular reports on performance.
- Design and develop video content
- Manage the work of a Social Media intern
- Communicate effectively what’s happening on social across the org.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional experience working in social media, marketing, content creation, or journalism
- Deep understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any emerging platforms
- Experience using data to develop a social media strategy
- Strong writing skills and careful attention to detail
- Highly collaborative and able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout, Domo, Later, Facebook Analytics, and more.

Benefits include a salary of THB 14,000 – THB 18,000 per month plus monetary and non-monetary benefits.This is a full time position, based in our office in Pattaya.
